Steps to reproduce:
Press the NVDA+shift+b in the following situations:
- you have 0 hours and x minutes of battery remaining.
- you have x hours and 0 minutes of battery remaining.
- you have 1 hour and x minutes of battery remaining or x hours and 1 minute remaining.
Actual behavior:
In the first two scenarios the redundant information about 0 hours and 0 minutes is presented. In the third the plural form of the hour and minute is used even there is only one minute and one hour remaining.
Expected behavior:
When there is 0 hours and minutes the info shoudn't be present. When tere is 1 minute and 1 hour the singular form of the word hour and minute should be used.
This would be beneficial for users working only with braille and using short displays.
