NVDA doesn't seem to respect the lang-attribute when it comes to reading the title-tag.
Compare how NVDA pronounces the title that and the first h1 tag (within main). It's the same content, but pronounced differently (title in english, h1 in german).

In other parts of the page, NVDA pronounces correctly, even when switching between english and german (check out the language chooser dropdown to hear it happen).
Is this expected behaviour?
