Brief summary

Using current alpha builds (nvda_snapshot_alpha-53540,163b8e83.exe) and LibreOffice 25.8.3.2, NVDA reports "Multi-select" before the cell coordinates when moving in Calc

Steps to reproduce

1. Have an alpha build of NVDA running
2. Open LibreOffice Calc to a blank sheet
3. Navigate between cells (arrow keys)

Actual behavior

NVDA reports
mutli-select B1, multi-select C1, multi-select C2, etc.

Expected behavior

NVDA should not report multi-select and in the above situation should report "B1, C1, C2".
