Steps to reproduce:

• Launch NVDA with brand new empty config
  Open add-on store
• In available add-ons, check Include icompatible add-ons checkbox
• In the list, find Outlook Extended (2.2) and install it, accepting the warning dialog
• Quit the add-on store and restart NVDA
• Open add-on store again
• In available add-ons tab, check Include incompatible add-ons checkbox
• In the add-ons list, search for Outlook Extended

Actual behavior:

Outlook Extended cannot be found.

Expected behavior:

As per #15380 , Outlook Extended should be found.
