The delete profile dialog should name the profile that is going to be deleted #13677

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open the NVDA menu.
  2. Select Configuration profiles.
  3. Choose a profile.
  4. Press delete.

Actual behavior:

Receive a dialog including the following text:

This profile will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
OK Cancel

Expected behavior:

Receive a dialog containing text similar to this:

The "PROFILE_NAME" profile will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
OK Cancel
