Description

Current Behavior

When using middle click to pan across the editor workspace, if the click event happens while you're hovering over a wire, it activates auto-scroll, which typically jerks the workspace quickly in the opposite of the direction you are trying to pan.

Expected Behavior

This should behave the same as if you started to pan while hovering over the canvas or over a block - pan the workspace.

Steps To Reproduce

Attempt to pan like normal, then hover over a wire and then attempt to pan.

Example flow

Not necessary, any flow should work.
