I’ll go ahead and merge so I can prepare the branches 10.x, next, beta branches.

You can then continue working on the beta branch, starting with dropping support for Node 6. And please feel free to improve my documention in CONTRIBUTING.md, I’m sure the wording can be made more clear <3

@RichardLitt @paulmelnikow I’ve created the 10.x, next, beta branches, including branch protections. I’ll be out rest of today
