Change Description
Minor website navigability updates, mostly adding the Fw/DataStructures SDDs to the navigation. This is needed because they are not structured like other SDDs (/docs/sdd.md), but all dumped in a single docs/*.md folder
Website cosmetic update
ALSO!!!
The website got a little cosmetic update especially with the left navigation bar which should be easier to navigate visually (hints on which page is selected etc, see https://fprime.jpl.nasa.gov/latest/docs/user-manual/framework/autocoded-functions/)
Not done at all with this PR, but it's somewhat related to felt like bringing it up.
