Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open the PDFs in the viewer.
2. Open the sidebar.
3. Choose "Attachments" or "Layers", depending on the file.

What is the expected behavior?

That the viewsManagerHeaderLabel element is centred for "Attachments" and "Layers", the way it is for "Pages" and "Document outline".

What went wrong?

The viewsManagerHeaderLabel element is right-aligned.

Note: I seem to recall that this used to be correct, so I believe that it's a recent regression.
