Describe the bug

When multiple regions are available (currently only one region is publicly available), the deploy dialog may show the wrong region (the preferred, vs the instance's current region). The deployment is not affected as it is only a visual glitch due to a race condition.

Steps to Reproduce

Deploy on one region, set the preferred region to another one. Open the dialog to redeploy, notice the wrong region displayed.
