Describe the bug

Open dashboard with an env where the address is set to 0.0.0.0 and observe that address is specified without port
Note: when the address is not specified, on the dashboard I can see localhost:<port>

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an new environment
2. Open settings and specify address 0.0.0.0 and a port e.g. 1234

On the side panel address is shown with the port number

ab:
On the side panel, only the address is shown
Note: if the address is left empty, on the side panel I can see localhost:<port>
