Also:

  • optimization in limiting the number of access to the external kv-store for docker network list commands
  • fixes an out of order fdb programming issue in overlay network driver when used with external kv-store
  • fixes vtep programming for containers with restart policy on overlay network when used with external kv-store
  • fixes a deadlock in overlay driver when used with external kv-store
  • fixes a netlink socket leak
