- partial backport of Dockerfile: Bump up containerd-related deps (containerd v1.6.20, nerdctl v1.3.0, stargz-snapshotter v0.14.3, runc v1.1.6) #3789
- only updated runc, but can also include the stargz and nerdctl versions ❓
- update runc to v1.1.7 (similar to Dockerfile: update runc v1.1.7, containerd v1.6.21, v1.7.1 #3886)
- update containerd to v1.6.21 (similar to Dockerfile: update runc v1.1.7, containerd v1.6.21, v1.7.1 #3886)

@ktock @AkihiroSuda do we need to update those versions as well, or do they only affect CI (not part of what we ship?) |
