What changes are proposed in this pull request?

The Getting Started with MLflow page is second most viewed page in the doc (most likely because it is high position in the sidelink). However, the GenAI quickstart link from the page points to a stale page. The video is also outdated, recorded more than a year ago.

This PR updates the link and video, with some phrase adjustment in the page.

@daniellok-db fyi I marked this PR with 3.10.1 label to make sure this is picked if I can merge it by tomorrow morning. But if it is not merged by then, we don't need to block the release cuz we can still deploy doc ad-hoc.
