This PR adds UI telemetry tracking for the Gateway setup guide page to monitor whether users abandon gateway usage after seeing the setup instructions when the gateway dependency is missing.
Changes:
- Added telemetry event logging on component mount to track impressions of the Gateway setup guide
- Imported necessary telemetry hooks and design system event types
- Added uuid generation for component view tracking

Currently there's no direct way to know if users gives up using gateway after seeing the gateway set up page that is shown when gateway dependency is missing. This PR introduces the ui telemetry for the guide.
