What changes are proposed in this pull request?

Relaxes the pydantic dependency constraint in the [dependency-groups].lint section from pydantic==2.11.7 to pydantic>=2.0. This allows compatibility with any pydantic 2.x version while maintaining the current resolved version (2.11.7) in the lock file.

Changes:

  • Updated pyproject.toml: Changed lint dependency from strict pin to range constraint
  • Updated uv.lock: Regenerated lock file with relaxed constraint (still resolves to 2.11.7)

How is this PR tested?

  • Existing unit/integration tests
  • New unit/integration tests
  • Manual tests

Verified linting tools (ruff, pydantic) work correctly with the relaxed constraint.

Original prompt

Relax pydantic requirement in [dependency-groups].lint in pyproject.toml to pydantic>=2.0 from pydantic==2.11.7 to allow using >=2.11.7 versions. Once updated, run uv lock to update uv.lock accordingly.
