Describe the bug
Minimum group size is not filtering appropriately when the output is a summary table by pattern.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Run the code to produce pattern breakdown summary table.
Review PersonIDs included in dataset (csv)
Compare values that include less than 5 IDs that still produced a value in pattern breakdown

Expected behavior
If there are less than 5 individual people per group and pattern expectation is NA in the output. Some groups are not being filtered appropriately by person week
