Suggested changes are not easily distinguishable #5667

Description

@Ansis100

The feature is acting weird. I've seen some old screenshots of how it's supposed to create a separate section with the title "Suggested changes", but it is not doing that. I'm not sure if this is the intended UX, but I have a feeling it's not supposed to look like that.

  • Extension version: v0.78.1
  • VSCode Version: 1.85.2
  • OS: EndeavourOS i3 (Also tested on Windows 11)
  • Repository Clone Configuration: Fork of an upstream repository
  • Github Product: Github.com

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open an open pull request
  2. Choose any file
  3. Create a suggestion
  4. A deleting suggestion shows a blank comment:

  5. A modifying suggestion shows the suggestion text the same as any monospace text:

The Pull request view shows all sugggested changes in a very readable and clear manner:

I think the file view comments should be formatted similar to this.
