- Extension version: v0.60.0
- VSCode Version: 1.76.1
- OS: Ubuntu 22.10

Not sure what I've done to deserve this, but every time I open the github panel I get an error saying

The local pull request branches section is empty, and when I try to load it using the refresh button I get the same error again.

This seems like the same issue as #2803 but it was closed due to lack of info I think. My 'GitHub Pull Request' output contains:
