Cannot set branch tile when starting working on an issue despite useBranchForIssues=prompt #3032
Description
Since v0.31.0, the setting "githubIssues.useBranchForIssues": "prompt" does not seem to work anymore. When I starting working on an issue, a new branch is creating according to githubIssues.issueBranchTitle but no prompt pops up to change the branch title.
