Editing comment on description page does not immediately update text

- Extension version: 0.12.0

1. Add a comment on a PR on the description page
2. Edit the comment, click save
3. Value is rendered as old value, though clicking edit again shows the updated text, and on GitHub the comment has been successfully updated
