Disables external request.repoInfo telemetry emission for non-internal users (pending data classification), while continuing to send full repo telemetry internally to MSFT employees only. This reduces the risk of exposing identifiers like headCommitHash to external telemetry pipelines.
Changes:
- Removed the non-internal
sendMSFTTelemetryEvent('request.repoInfo', ...)emission path. - Removed the now-unused
_getRepoMetadata()helper. - Updated the class header comment to reflect the internal-only telemetry intent.
