Add dt-start-project.prompt.md as the entry point for starting new Design Thinking coaching projects.

Create prompt file delegating to dt-coach agent
Define input variables for project name and optional context
Specify state directory initialization requirements
Include frozen/fluid classification and Method 1 entry
Add activation instruction for coaching kickoff

Note

This PR depends on #656 (dt-coach agent) being merged first.
