Description

Added a 4-badge enterprise status strip to the README header, providing immediate visibility into project health and compliance. The badges display CI status, CodeQL security analysis, OpenSSF Best Practices certification, and license information. Removed the duplicate OpenSSF badge from the Legal section to avoid redundancy.
