Go includes dependencies in tools.go as an indirect dependency when other packages import hcsshim. Remove `github.com/josephspurrier/goversioninfo/cmd/goversioninfo` since upstream consumers shouldn't need it. Signed-off-by: Hamza El-Saawy <hamzaelsaawy@microsoft.com>
