🐛 Problem

The deployment (or upgrade) of the FTK explicitly requires a /26 CIDR for the networking. This prevents us from upgrading, as we have originally deployed it with a /24.

👣 Repro steps

1. Deploy FTK v0.9 with a /24 VNet CIDR
2. Attempt to deploy the latest version (v.0.11), and provide a CIDR with a /24
3. See error

🤔 Expected

Deployment or upgrade of the FTK should only require a /26 CIDR as a minimum, not explicitly.
