Summary

patch pytorch for CVE-2026-0994
Patch Modified: Yes (I did not include changes to the json_format_test.py test file, as the PyTorch spec does not contain a check section. And The CVE fix is present in vendored(Third party) code. I have observed that the fix is available in json_fromat.py(i.e, deep scan also shows json_fromat.py).

  • Added the max_recursive_depth value as a paramter to align with the Upstream patch.
