Tests should be restructured, they are currently hard to read and use often this. to attach things to the mocha environment but since we can easily use modules we should restructure tests.

Furthermore, we need to improve test coverage at least a bit (it currently covers maximum 50%!) and also need to provide a few integration tests for Meteor-React-Native.

It's not clear yet, whether to do the integration tests here or in the Meteor-React-Native repo.
