Consider adding !**/protobufs/** and !**/.* to the linter includes array to maintain consistency with the formatter exclusions. This ensures that generated protobuf files and hidden files are excluded from both linting and formatting.

This pull request updates the
biome.jsonconfiguration to improve how files are included and excluded for linting and formatting. The changes help ensure that build artifacts, generated files, and hidden files are properly ignored, resulting in a cleaner and more accurate linting process.Configuration improvements:
