Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Go to message list
2. Tap on node name (one you can control for testing purposes)
3. In actions select ignore
4. Send messages from said ignored node within range of test node
5. Check message list from test node

Actual behavior

When a user is spamming or sending awful messages, there is no ability to block. Ignored nodes continue to propagate and show up on the device that ignored said node

Expected behavior

Ignored or blocked nodes should not have messages that show on the device that blocked them. They should also not propagate through that node to other parts of the mesh via that node.
