Thanks. IMO the spec deprecation doesn't matter because it isn't supported by anything and hasn't been for a long time.
I've moved the info into the note at the top, but will be pushing to remove this whole document as "no longer relevant"

Description
Update the official status of Accept-Charset header field.
Motivation
While reading through RFC 9110 and looking for header field information on MDN, I noticed that the header was officially deprecated in 2022, and I would like MDN to reflect the change in RFC.
