This PR removes
ConstrainBoolean,ConstrainDOMString,ConstrainDouble, andDoubleRangefrom BCD. The first three are WebIDL typedefs, which are never exposed to web developers and shouldn't really be documented in BCD (see #9930). TheDoubleRangeis also a dictionary that correlates withConstrainDouble.
