- Add critical warnings in spec.md and context-continuation.md to execute all handoff steps in a single turn without waiting for user response - Add rule #2 in spec.md: only stopping point is plan approval - Consolidate continuation steps 4-5 into single atomic action - Add "No Stopping - Automatic Continuation" section to workflow-enforcement.md
