I wonder if we should have a standard-base class for these mapping providers -- there's a decent amount of share portion. |

This updates the documentation for SSO mapping providers by:
The first commit renames the file, the second makes the changes. Unfortunately GitHub seems to have made a mess of the diff and just shows the file as all new.
