Note: This fix changes nothing except UI in Chinese/Japanese/Korean languages. See: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/word-break#values

With this PR:

Since this is a global but harmless change for UI in non-CJK by definition, I would like to suggest to merge this change first and then fix each visual regression, if any.

Steps to confirm the fix:

  1. Change language setting of UI to Japanese
  2. Open a setting interface of a space
  3. Make sure アップロード (Upload) next to the avatar is not collapsed

can we get a comment to say this fixes a language issue? I'm also generally a bit concerned about including it at this level, but we'll see what breaks from it (we have a lot of magic flexboxes and such).

I'll continue to keep an eye on buttons in Japanese UI- this kind of global change will not so easily be able to be conducted after the number of users from China/Japan/Korea increases.
