PR summary

Solves quite a few of the issues in #28920 by:

  • Attempting to link correctly
  • Using ! for private attributes and undocumented attributes and methods

Still have no solutions for:

  • Auto-summary related references
  • Privatized base classes
  • Some other miscellaneous references generated by some complicated auto generation
