Adding following flags: * -v (verbose) * -l (list) * -h (help) * -t (timeout) * -ignoredefault fixes #180
Change help output so that it uses the name of the compiled binary. Custom-write the help text because I'm picky. Removed the ignoredefault flag... it really just means the same as -l .. which is already a flag.

This merges #199 and fixes #180. Thanks to @denisbrodbeck for getting this done!
