…tures. Added a accumulo scanner/formatter. Updated statstool to support printing statistics at command line Updated Feature Adapter to permit configuring statistics per feature. The Feature Adapter instances in prior releases is incompatible. It will fail to parse any temporal constraints used from temporal indices outside of the defaults. Updated ingest to support statistics and temporal indexing configuration from the command line using a system property. The four supporting types can now use this added feature.
