#1092) * Adding a few security-related fixes and enhancements. Biggest ones involve token key and props files not generating off the bat when a command is first run before any other commands, as well as updating the cryptography to utilize bouncycastle, which is not dependent on the JCE libraries being installed on a system in order to run. * reverted to using console for password prompt
