This patch adds test cases to demonstrate the bug in WeakCrossingTest in DA, similar to #157085. To distinguish the issue in WeakCrossingTest from other problems in DA, it also generates additional assertions using the
-da-run-siv-routines-onlyoption inWeakCrossingTest.ll.
