Context

When I was optimizing the parachain-staking benchmark code, I found that due to some previous changes, the benchmark code failed to run, and now I need to fix it urgently.

BTW This submission changed some configurations in the runtime, and the benchmark code also needs to be changed accordingly

Task

• Fix bugs and make the code more.
• The weight of pallet-proxy has not been generated when upgrading 0.9.30, so it needs to be generated through github action.
