First draw now takes way more, for me: ~40ms (fontkit) -> ~110ms (fontconfig + fontdue).
Though the draw time is still adequate, for me: ~2ms (fontkit) -> ~4ms (fontconfig + fontdue).

So far that seems to me a better default because Hack, Noto and other fonts are rendered fine now. I try rusttype once again with draw_image_at instead of fill_rect and perhaps it would be as fast as this one.
