i'm holding this for a conversation this morning about the naming of sig-apps. beyond that creating a group with the vision discussed is ++. |

@mattfarina -- i pulled in the bigger change to community/README.md to get it to the (former) standard. Could you update to the new table on community/README.md and then i'll merge? the community/SIG-apps/... looks good. |
