Set versions for release 0.1.1 tagging

Need to push a new release because I pushed a test release of with
a version of `0.1.0-test1` to Maven Central, and now it thinks that's
a later version than 0.1.0. Oops! Exactly what I was trying to avoid:
uselessly bumping versions to test Maven publishing.  Ah, well.
