Is that nothrow stuff the regular ffi-cdecl output? |

Yeah, possibly because that's from my native compiler/glibc. Should be fairly harmless (i.e., I'm sure it's actually mostly ignored in practice). EDIT: I'm pretty sure function attributes are illegal in cdefs w/ Python's cFFI, for instance. |

This will allow for scheduling wakeups. Prerequisite for <koreader/koreader#5335>. Builds on <#967> and <#968>.
