problem seems to have started in 1750499

Issue

The percentage read of a book will not update after having exited the book in the file browser with the "Detailed list" display mode. If you press "Refresh cached book information" then it will update to what it should be.

This did not happen before commit 1750499

Steps to reproduce

• Check file browser display mode is set to "Detailed list" (the default)
• Open a book that has some percentage read (say 10% for example) and which says "10% of xxx pages" [read] in the file browser
• Read to a different percentage like 30%
• Exit from the book to file browser
• Notice how it says "10% of xxx pages" instead of "30% of xxx pages"

If I open and close the book again then it will show "30% of xxx pages", even if I read to e.g. 50% when the book was opened for the second time.
