Issue

QuickMenus don't appear where the gesture ended unless the device is in its default orientation. They always show up on the hardware edge defined by the gesture, not respecting device rotation.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a gesture that shows a QuickMenu
2. Enable "Anchor QuickMenu to gesture position"
3. Rotate your screen to anything other than the device's default orientation
4. Perform the gesture
