I've been running into a problem using continuous view PDFs and zoom.

I have manual zoom enabled and set to 1x, so it basically works like zoom to width. The only reason I'm using manual is so I can set 0 overlap. This works fine in page mode

However, I can't use manual zoom with continuous mode due to #10339. That issue seems to have stalled, so the other option is adding variable overlap to the other zoom modes that do work with continuous, then I can just use zoom to width.

Is this possible?
