Issue

Here are 2 conditions :

• Set zoom factor to any value
• Set display mode to continuous

On next restart of the ebook (going to library, history, switching ebook/PDF, restart koreader) display mode come back to page mode.

It seems impossible to stick to continuous mode if we change zoom factor and leave the document.
