bug(web): roaming touches starting on non-longpress keys will never trigger longpresses 🐵 #10170

This is a mild regression compared to ancient Web, but... more of a "feature request" when compared to modern Web.

Pretty much what the title says: if you start a touch on a non-longpress key, then roam to keys that do support longpress... roaming behavior occurs, but the longpress will never trigger.

On the other hand, if you start on a longpressable key, it doesn't matter what keys you visit... landing and waiting on a different longpressable key can still trigger longpress.

This is a small detail I just happened to notice. It's probably something relatively small and easy to address, now that we're aware of it.
